PAYMENT

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, iDeal, PayPal and VISA. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order Afriek. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

If you order before 5 pm, you will receive your package within 3 business days if the order is shipped to the Netherlands. For pre-order only items, it takes three weeks for your item(s) to arrive. If you are ordering from abroad, orders within Europe will take 3-7 business days to get at your address. Orders outside Europe will take 4-10 business days. Delivery costs within the Netherlands €5,15, Europe €6,25-12,50 and outside Europe €23,50-26-50.  

Please note: Pre-launch items will be sent within 3-6 weeks as these products will be made to order. 

RETURNS

We accept all returns within 30 days after you receive your Afriek order. We require the products to be in their original state including their tags, unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment or an exchange are not covered or reimbursed by Afriek.
